Our Review of the Banzai Sidewinder Falls 09
As the name implies, the Banzai Sidewinder Falls 2009 version is a curving water slide that has a cambered wall that adds an extra thrill to the ride. This is the main feature of this water park, but there are two other things that makes this water slide a crowd favorite. First, it has a climbing wall that will let your kids go to the top of the slide. Second, there is a tunnel just below that slide that leads to a diving ramp. Your kids can play in both slides with the bigger slide about 10 feet long and the diving ramp is about a third of its length. The main waterslide and the diving ramp is connected to a splash pool that is filled with water, slowing the speed of your kids as he slides down and enter the pool from either slides.
The latest version of the Banzai Sidewinder Falls has been improved in a lot of ways. It is more durable than the previous models and this one is much stronger than any other slide of its kind. Its key areas are PVC coated so that it can withstand the friction – the handles of the climbing walls, the foot holes, the archway at the top of the slide and the side of the walls of the slide. The surface of the slide is also PVC coated and is UV resistant allowing it to withstand the damaging heat of the sun.
The Banzai Sidewinder Falls is a mini slide that is suitable for younger children (5 years old and older) and it can be inflated by the included blower in less than five minutes. This means that your kids can be out and splashing in no time.
