Our Review of the Banzai Wipeout Curve Waterpark

This thing is enormous! You can tell by the picture that it’s very tall. Fully assembled it is just over 10 feet high, and takes up a footprint of 18 feet x 11 feet in your yard. So I hope you have a good sized yard to park this sucker! It is best suited for kids at least 5 years old, and up to about 15 years old.

It’s a pretty awesome water slide because you get to go down a slide and then take a sharp U-turn around a bank and end up in a big splash zone. There’s an overhead sprinkler to add to the fun.

In case you’re wondering if your kids will just be lining up behind their brother or sister waiting for their turn, the guys at Banzai thought of everything. There’s a water cannon and a basketball hoop that come with this aqua park, so there’s always something to do here.

The Banzai Wipeout Curve Water Park comes with something called a “continuous blower”. This means that you plug it in and within 3 minutes it is ready to use. The blower stays plugged in, just like those kids bouncy rides that you see at amusement parks. It looks really well designed. Plug it in, turn it on, and let the hose fill up the splash area. Go away and get changed. When you return, this party zone is ready for your kids and their friends!

Feedback on the Banzai Wipeout Curve seems pretty solid. The only complaint we see is that if you are rough with the slide, the seams at the top of the stairs will come undone. Since no “seal” is required, you can easily fix this with a regular sewing kit. We suggest you treat it with respect, don’t be too rough. Also, we see customers recommending that you flip it upside down and let it dry for a bit before you unplug the blower. That makes sense, and will save you loads of time packing it away when done.

Here are some customer opinions and comments:

The fact that don’t have to get off of the slide to get back to the ladder will go a long way towards keeping it clean. – Customer from Amazon.com

So far so good. The kids have enjoyed days of use. – Amazon customer

We have used it several times now with no problems and the kids are THRILLED with it. Dump a few ounces of tear-free soap at the top of the slide ramp and along the outer edge of the curve. This has many benefits: It helps to prevent fabric burns on knees, elbows, shoulders, etc that come into contact with a dry part during sliding. – Amazon customer
